I would like to say how very pleased I am with the Lock 'n' Level system since buying it for our first caravan this July. I have a twin axle caravan and Al-KO locks for both. The process for fitting the locks for storage or on site use is as simple as it's shown in the videos, and levelling is similarly very simple and precise. Also, if the caravan settles during a stay it's very easy to increase or reduce the pressure in the bags to maintain a perfect level. The quality and durability of the kit is first rate.

I would just like to say how pleased we are with our recent lock'n'level purchase.
Delivery was trackable and arrived as promised. We arrived at the site and moved the van onto the lock'n'level as per the instructions. I inflated the device with a foot pump in no more than a couple of minutes. Our van is in the region of 1600kgs. After levelling front to back and steadies down the product performed brilliantly for our 3 night stay.
All of the drainage outlets worked brilliantly for the first time ever, including the shower!
If you are thinking about buying one of these, do so.......not cheap I know, but nobody ever regretted buying quality.

"Having initially used ramps, and then moved to an aluminium leveller when we started using an Alko wheel lock I had for some time been trying to find an easier way to level our caravan. Working out the cost of various options for making the tedious task of turning the large screw which worked the leveller I came across the LocknLevel device. Eventually I decided to take the plunge and purchase one just over a year ago. The company were wonderful to deal with and my LocknLevel was delivered within a couple of days of my order. Having now used it for a full season on a multitude of sites I can say that I have been delighted by my purchase. It is easy to use – and although it may not actually be any quicker than other methods (depending on how fast your pump is), I can definitely say it is by far the easiest method I have found whether siting the van alone of with my wife. Simply position the van as described in the instructions, connect a 12V air pump, set the pump pressure lower than the maximum recommended and then standing back and watching the van becoming level before turning off the pump. I follow the advice and tend to place an old rubber car mat underneath when there is any risk of stones or other items which could cause a puncture, but other than that and a quick wipe before putting it away, it is maintenance free. We’ve camped on some very uneven sites and I have always found it possible to get the van completely level (including a site which defeated my previous leveller) without getting close to the maximum pressure recommended. We did find when camping during the winter for more than a week it is worth checking the pressure to maintain the vans level – as the temperature had changed appreciably from when we pitched I’m not sure whether this was caused by temperature or possibly a natural leakage over time. I now tend to check it after about 5 days. My only criticism is that the bag the leveller is supplied in could do with being made out of the same material as the leveller itself as after a busy season the bag is showing signs of wear – but the leveller itself looks as good as new and I look forward to many more seasons of use. A high quality product which does exactly what it claims, and provided by a company that understands customer service."

Move the bladder in behind the wheel aligned with the tyre. 5. Roll the caravan back until the axle is aligned with the centre line on the bladder. 6. Fit the wheel lock. 7. In this case each pitch on the 3 sites we have visited were as level as pond water so our lock-n-level stayed in its bag. Good idea putting spare leaflets in the bag!! having had a caravan slip off an alko jack its so much easier to use. To protect against sharp stones I simply purchased a length of carpet runner protector. lightweight and rolls up for easy storage I now wish to add an additional single leveller to make it a combo pack. "I am very happy with the product, it makes it so easy to level up my twin-axle caravan and enable me to fit my second wheel-lock. Perhaps I am worrying unnecessarily , but, am more than happy to take any advice with the following. I use the kit when parking-my caravan for storage to put on the second wheel-lock, this means leaving the air-bag under the wheel whilst stored. Following a period of rain/snow I find the wheels are sitting in puddles of water as the water is unable to drain away from the surface of the bag when deflated due the outside edges sitting higher than the centre areas . Do you have any ideas, just a personal concern as otherwise a 'great bit of kit.'"

"Don't start your holiday all deflated... We bought a lock n level combo pack for our new twin axle caravan - what an investment in holiday stress reduction! Being new to caravanning, having upgraded from a trailer tent, we practiced on the drive so that we knew what we were doing before arrival in Wales. Our maiden voyage was blighted by heavy rain and surface water on the roads. Worse though, we had an offside puncture before our new caravan had even done 200 miles. Given the weather and how close we were to our destination, we limped carefully on the remaining offside wheel, before finding a vacant pitch on site. The motor mover was useless due to the failed tyre, so we carefully reversed onto our pitch and over the top of the lock n level. By this time the rain had stopped and whilst setting about the task of changing the wheel, I recall a gathering of spectators and a desire not to be campsite entertainment! With mother-in-law timing me, in just 4 minutes the caravan had been lifted, punctured tyre/wheel removed, spare released from transit cage and fitted before the lock n level was deflated. A few minutes later the nearside bag had been inflated, wheel locks fitted and we were set and level for the holiday. After the bank holiday weekend, we found a local garage who were able to replace the failed tyre and our lock n level was back into action once again to replace the spare. Thanks Derek and team for a fantastic solution to a host of caravanning challenges!"

"I bought the lock n level for my 8m twin axle caravan as I wanted something that was hassle free to use. This is a fantastic piece of kit! I used this at Glenbrittle (Isle of Skye) and it lifted my caravan 5 inches without any fuss.
.......When I arrive at a campsite I'm not (within reason) concerned about how level it is as the lock n level is so easy to use.
I bought myself a cheap compresser from Halfords that will stop if the maximum pressure is reached (30psi); this way I'm watching the spirit level in the caravan when the caravan in raising, so far I haven't needed to exceed 20psi pressure. The caravan is just as stable as when it isn't raised as I thought it would wobble when you walk inside the caravan. I have quite a few photos showing how good the lock n level was, these were taken on location and my slopping drive at home, and I'm willing to share these if anyone is in any doubt how good this product is."

"Returning to caravanning after some years throwing money at boats, we bought a new Bailey Barcelona just before Christmas 2014. Having researched, at length, the problems of fitting wheel locks to a twin-axle 'van, I came across the Lock 'n Level quite by accident and decided that it was the only sensible solution to an issue which was almost swaying me against going for a twin-axle. I bought the Combo unit and what a good decision that turned out to be. Fitting the twin wheel locks - whilst still a bit of a pain - is just so easy using this brilliant device. Our first trip out was to a CL in North Yorkshire over the Christmas / New Year period and with the inevitable soggy ground, the Lock'n'Level performed brilliantly. I think it would have been virtually impossible to SAFELY fit the wheel locks using the conventional jacks, etc without the jack toppling over or sinking into the ground. It has been used quite a few times since then, each time, the locks being fitted within a few minutes and the caravan brought to a perfect level I would also like to comment on the outstanding customer service I have received from Derek Ibbotson (one of the Directors). Last week the double unit developed a fault which appeared to me to simply be a faulty valve which wasn't shutting off when the pump was removed. I emailed Derek asking for a replacement valve but within the hour he had telephoned me saying he would rather have it back for repair or replacement, thus giving us both the peace of mind of knowing that it was properly fixed. I was sent by email, a returns label and all I had to do was simply drop the parcel off at a nearby courier pick-up point. Nothing could have been easier. I have been kept constantly informed of progress and the unit is expected back tomorrow - only 4 days after I sent it. This customer service is nothing short of outstanding and serves to reinforce my total confidence I have in this company and their products."
